Using the SwilSORT Mobile App for Purchase Order Creation

Simplify Your Purchase Order Creation Process with the SwilSORT Mobile App


Introducing the SwilSORT mobile app - a simple way to create purchase orders. With this app, you can generate orders anytime, anywhere using your phone or tablet. No need to be tied to a specific place or rely on a computer. It makes the process easier and saves time. You can seamlessly integrate it with your existing systems, sync data, and store your order history securely.

Open the SwilSORT Mobile app on your device to initiate the process:

  1. Enter your registered Email Address in the provided field.
  2. Enter your mobile application Password in the password field.
  3. Click on the "Login" option.

  1. After logging in to the SwilSORT Mobile app, you can see here the Last 3 days created transactions invoices.
  2. You can Sort and Filter to search particular invoices.
  3. On the Sort Order screen, you will see three rows; click on them.

  1. Select the "Purchase Order" option from the available options.

  1. Next, the Purchase Order screen will display on your device.
  2. Here you can view the Last 7 day's Orders.
  3. To delete an order, swipe right to left on the order and tap the Delete option.
  4. To generate a new order, simply click on the plus (+) sign.

  1. To place the order, select the Vendor name from the provided options.
  2. Once the vendor is selected, their details will be displayed on the screen.
  3. To continue with the order placement process, simply click on the Continue option.

  • Choose the Product you want from the drop-down menu.
  • Use the plus (+) sign to increase the quantity or the minus (-) sign to decrease it.
  • You can add more products by repeating the process.
  • If you have barcodes, you can scan them using the Scanner icon to add products easily.
  • Finally, click on the Save button to complete the order.

    1. After saving the screen, you will receive a confirmation message along with a newly generated order ID.

    To view the order details in your RetailGraph database, follow these steps:
    1. Login to your RetailGraph Software.
    2. Go to the Purchase menu > select Purchase Order.
    3. After this, Purchase Order window will appear on the next slide.
    4. Go to the View section and click on the Previous option.
    5. By following these steps, you will be able to access the previous order details created in the SwilSORT app using RetailGraph Software.
