Using the SwilSORT Mobile App for Purchase Order Creation

Simplify Your Purchase Order Creation Process with the SwilSORT Mobile App


Introducing the SwilSORT mobile app - a simple way to create purchase orders. With this app, you can generate orders anytime, anywhere using your phone or tablet. No need to be tied to a specific place or rely on a computer. It makes the process easier and saves time. You can seamlessly integrate it with your existing systems, sync data, and store your order history securely.

Open the SwilSORT Mobile app on your device to initiate the process:

  1. Enter your registered Email Address in the provided field.
  2. Enter your mobile application Password in the password field.
  3. Click on the "Login" option. Reference Image:
  1. After logging in to the SwilSORT Mobile app, you will see the dashboard displaying the maximum transactions and invoices created in the last 30 days.
  2. On the dashboard screen, you will see three rows. Click on them to navigate to the purchase order menu. (Reference Image)
    
  1. Select the "Purchase Order" option from the available options. Reference Image:

  1. Next, the Purchase Order screen will display on your device.
  2. Here you can view the Last day's Orders.
  3. To delete an order, swipe right to left on the order and tap the Delete option.
  4. To generate a new order, simply click on the plus (+) sign. Reference Image:

  1. To place the order, select the Vendor name from the provided options.
  2. Once the vendor is selected, their details will be displayed on the screen.
  3. To continue with the order placement process, simply click on the Continue option. Reference Image:

  • Choose the Product you want from the drop-down menu.
  • Use the plus (+) sign to increase the quantity or the minus (-) sign to decrease it.
  • You can add more products by repeating the process.
  • If you have barcodes, you can scan them using the Scanner icon to add products easily.
  • You have two options: Draft and Save. If you choose the Draft option, you can edit the order anytime. To create a PO, click the Save option to complete the order. (Reference Image)

    1. After saving the screen, you will receive a confirmation message along with a newly generated order ID. Reference Image:

             
    To view the order details in your SwilERP database, follow these steps:
    1. Login to your SwilERP Software.
    2. Go to the Purchase menu > select Purchase Order.
    3. After this, Purchase Order window will appear on the next slide.
    4. Go to the View section and click on the Previous option.
    5. By following these steps, you will be able to access the previous order details created in the SwilSORT app using SwilERP Software. Reference Image:
