How to View Value and Rate Wise Stock in SwilERP
What is value & stock wise stock?
This report will provide you the details considering products having Value in between and Rate in between. You have to enter the count of value and rate. For example, if you entered the value between 10-1000 then the data in a report will reflect only considering 10 to 1000 value range. The same process will be applied the to the rate between. The report will reflect the data according to the selected parameters.
With SwilERP, the following are the details that users can find in this report, i.e. Marketing Group Name, Strength, Stock, Stock Value, Rate, and so on. You can also view the details by selecting a particular date range and report type.
Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process
- Go to the Reports> Product Wise Stock> Value/Rate Wise Stock.

How to View the Stock Report
- A new window of Value/Rate Wise Stock will appear in the next slide.
- Select the "As on Date" in which you want to view the report.
- Select Report Type as Summary, Detail, and Lot Wise Detail in which you want the details.
- Now, select the parameters for considering Value and Rate in a report:
- Value Between: Enter the value count in between you want to view the details in report. For example: you selected 10 to 1000 value range.
- Rate Between: Enter the rate count in between you want to view the details in report. For example: you selected 10 to 80 rate range.
- Users can also apply the filter on products by clicking on Product option.
- Click on the View option.
- After that, you will see details as shown in the following reference image according to the selected parameters.

To View the Report in Chart Format
- Select Any Column from the shown details in window.
- Click on the Chart option to view the report in chart format.
- Here you will see multiple options of chart format.

To Take Print or Preview and Convert into Excel Format
- Go to the Display section.
- Click on the Print & Preview option to take printout of the report.
- Go to the "T" point and click on the Excel option to convert it.
