How to view Account Statement in SwilERP

What is account statement? 

An account Statement is a document that summarizes financial accounts for a specified period, often monthly, quarterly, annually or even other custom terms. Opening balances, Payment Entries, Transaction details, etc are all forms of an account statement. There you'll see all the account names, and by selecting one account, you can view transactions detail for the same. 


In SwilERP, account statement is an option to view the details particularly account-wise. In this option, users can view the Opening Balance, Debit, and Credit Entry details and users can also view the Invoice by double click on the transaction entry. 



Do follow these instructions to view the account statement
  1. Open SwilERP dashboard in the Queries section: 

    1. Go to Queries> Account Statement.

  1. In the Account Statement window: 

    1. First, you have to select the Date Range from which you want to view the details. 
    2. Select the Account name whose account statement will be shown. 
    3. Click on the View option.
    4. For example, you select the date range between 25th to 26th of April and select the account name of Ajanta pharmacy then tap on the view option. 
    5. Tick-Mark on the following options, if you want to view details in according to this: 
      1. Show 0 Balance Account- To view the zero balance accounts transactions.
      2. Include Nil Transaction A/c- To view nil transactions' account details.  
    1. There you can view the Date, Particulars, Narration, Debit/Credit, and Balance.
    2. In the Account column, you can view all account details. By selecting one account, you'll see particular account's transaction.

  1. To Print, Preview, and Convert statements into Excel format:

    1. Go to the Display option.
    2. Click on the Print and Preview Option to print your statement.
    3. Then, click on the 'T' point and select the option in which you want to convert the account statement.
