How To View Batch Number Wise Stock (Group/Name/Code Wise) Report In SwilERP"

Meaning of Batch Number Wise Stock Report.

In the Pharma business, the batch numbers are defined on their products. These batch numbers are unique identification numbers for each item to manage a group of items. The common information in the report is a product group name, product name, code number, expiry date, purchase rate, sale rate, current stock, etc.
In SwilERP software, the user can easily view the Batch wise stock report based on Group-wise, Name wise, and Code wise.

To view the Report, do follow these instructions:-

Open SwilERP Dashboard:-
  

  • Go to Reports > Inventory Details > Batch Wise.

  • Select that report whose Inventory Report you want to view.

1-) How to view Report with Group Wise:

  1. Click on the Batch Number Wise Stock (Group Wise) Report:-

  • Go to the Home section.

  • Enter the Date Range from which you want to view the report.

  • In 'As On Date' mention the date up to which the report needs to be viewed.

  • If you want to apply filters in your report you can click on the Product tab and apply all the filters.

  • Click on the View tab.

How to View Report in Chart form:

  1. The chart is a graphic representation of the data. There are many types of charts, i.e. Bar, Area, Column, Line, etc, you can change the data to another type of chart if required.

  • From the Home Section.

  • Click on the Chart tab.

How to take Preview and Print this report:

  1. If the user wants to take the printout of this report then they have to follow these easy steps:-

  • Go to the Display section.

  • Click on the Preview tab when you want to view how your report will appear when printed.

  • To take a printout click on the Print tab.

How to send and export this report:

  1. To send an E-Mail of the report and convert it into Excel format:-

  • From the Display section.

  • To share an E-Mail of the report click on the 'A' option.

  • To convert a report into Excel, PDF, Text, XML, etc format click on the 'T' option.

2-) How to view the report with Name Wise: 

  1. Click on the Batch Number Wise Stock (Name Wise) Report:-

  • Go to the Home section.

  • Enter the Date Range 'From' to 'To'.

  • Select the Parameter, If required.

  • Select and filter in the Product tab as per the requirement.

  • Click on the View tab and a report will be generated.

To view the report in Chart form:
  1. If the user wants to view report data in graphics, then they will do the below steps:- 

  • From the Home section.

  • Click on the Chart tab.

  • Inside the Chart, the tab selects any type of Chart that you want to view in your report.

To take the printout and preview of this report:
  1. If the user wants to take the printout of this report then they have to follow these easy steps:-

  • Go to the Display section.

  • And then select the option of Preview or Print to print your report.

 Covert report into Excel format  :
  1. To convert your report into excel format:-

  • From the Display tab.

  • Click on the 'T' point then select the option in which you want to view your report.

3-) How to view the report with Code Wise: 

  1. Click on the Batch Number Wise Stock (Code Wise) Report:-

  • Go to the Home section.

  • Enter the Date Range 'From' to 'To'. 

  • Set the Parameter, if required.

  • Choose and apply a filter in the Product tab as per the user requirement.

  • Now, click on the View tab.

How to view the report in Chart format:
  1. To view, the report in chart form follow the below-given steps:-

  • From the Home tab.

  • Select data or any column to convert the report.

  • Then click on the Chart option that is given on top of the left side.

Preview and Print report:

  1. To take the printout and preview this report go to the below steps:- 

  • Select the Display section.

  • Click on the Preview and Print tab to take a printout of your report.

  • From the Display section.

  • Click on the 'T' point then select the option in which you want to view your reports.
