How to View Check List Sales Report in SwilERP (RetailGraph)

Meaning of Check List Report.

Check List report is one of the most required report In SwilERP software. You can check your daily cash balance, gross amount, net amount, salesperson, user-wise sales, and many other daily options through the Checklist. We have explained to you all options of the checklist report in this article.


In the SwilERP software, there is an option to view the Check List report in the Report section.


Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:
  1. Go to the Reports
  2. Select Sales Reports > Check List.

  1. How to set the parameters to view the Report:

  1. Go to the Home tab.
  2. Select the Date Range 'From and up to in this field.
  3. You can view the report according to the Time Range.
  4. Enter invoice number and Payment Mode.
  5. Enter the Return invoice number in 'From to To', if required.
  6. From the given option  Series wise / Day wise / Receipt wise / Account wise select according to which details you want to view in the report.  
  7. If required, then choose Series and User.  
  8. Click on the View option.
 Note: Users can view this report also with the other given options, i.e. Invoice details, Return Detail, Cancel bill detail, Receipt Detail, Series Wise Total.

  1. How to Print and Preview the report:

  1. Go to the Display tab.
  2. Click on the Preview tab to view the how-to look report before printing.
  3. To take the printout, click on the Print tab.

  1. How to export report into excel sheet and other formats:

  1. Select the Display tab.
  2. Click on the 'T' point.
  3. Inside the 'T' point there are given many export formats, choose in which you want to export the report.
