How to View the Day Book in SwilERP

A daybook serves as a primary record, documenting transactions by date as they unfold, subsequently transferred to a ledger and summarized into financial statements. In SwilERP, access the daybook of accounts under the 'Reports' menu, where users can view crucial details such as entry date, number, account name, and voucher amount. Follow the provided steps to gain insights from the daybook report efficiently.

Start with login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Select Account Reports > Day Books.

How to view the details in the Day Book report:

  1. Go to the Home tab.
  2. Select the Date Range from which you want to view the report.
  3. Select Day Book as in Purchase Register / Sales Register according to that report will appear.
  4. Select Report Type as in Voucher Detail / Month Wise / Day Wise/ Account Voucher Wise in which you want to view the details in your report.
  5. You can tick the mark in the check boxes of Month Wise Total / Day Wise Total.
  6. Select and apply a filter in the Account tab.
  7. Click on the View tab.

How to convert the report into Chart form:

  1. From the Home tab.
  2. Click on the Chart tab.
  3. Inside the Chart tab, there are given many options for chart form; select in which you want to convert the details.

How to Print and Preview the report:

  1. Go to the Display tab.
  2. To take the printout of this report, click on the Print and Preview tab.

How to export the report into excel format:

  1. From the Display section.
  2. Click on the 'T' point.
  3. Inside the 'T' point, there are many export formats; select in which you want to export the report.
