How to view Doctor Query in SwilERP 

What is Doctor Query?

Doctors' query provided the data of Refer by wise transactions. In this section, you can view the selected doctor and transaction-wise details. For example, if you choose the Refer by Dr Shubham Sharma, then all transactions in this refer-by are shown in the query.

In SwilERP, there is an option to view Doctor's wise details. With this option, users can view Transactions, Entry numbers, Customers' name, Amounts, Scheme, Discount, etc. When you select a Doctor name then, All the customers' details will automatically be shown on the screen. 

 

Do follow these steps to view Doctors' wise Details 

  1. Open SwilERP Dashboard in Queries section:  

    1. Go to Queries> Doctor Query.

  1. Then you'll see the Doctor Query window: 

    1. Enter the Date Range from where you want to view the details. 
    2. Select the Refer By Doctor name from the below-given list. 
    3. Select the Transactions of your billing i.e. Sales, Purchase, Sales Return, Purchase Return, Purchase Challan, etc, from the List. 
    4. Select the details Basis on Generation of Area Allocation, Customer/ Vendor, and Invoice. 
    5. Select the Series. 
    6. Click on the View option.

  1. To Print and Preview the details:

    1. Go to the Display option.
    2. Click on the Print and Preview Option to print your Customers' detail.

  1. To convert your reports into excel format:

    1. Go to the Display tab.
    2. Then, click on the 'T' point and select the option in which you want to convert Details.
