How to View Global Table in SwilERP Software


Overview

The global table is a collection of every transaction log information of SwilERP Software. Concurrently, it shows the print log, print barcode log, master log, reset sale rate log and some other information in one table. This option allows users to view the details according to the selected date range. Do follow the below-given steps to know the process.

Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the Administrator Menu> View Global Table.
  2. After that, a new window of view Global Table will appear.

How to View Transaction Log

  1. Select the Date Range "From" to "To" in which you want to view the details.
  2. You can view details according to the selected following details:
    1. Last User - If you select last user, then details will shown according to the selected last user.
    2. User - If you want to view details particular user wise then select user from the drop-down list.
    3. Product - To view transaction details particular product wise select it. 
  1. Also, if user want to apply a filter on series then, click on the Series button.
  2. Users can select the Last Modify Date Range to view details accordingly.
  3. Click on the View option.

View Transaction LogLogs Detail Window

Here you will see following details:
  1. All Transactions show on the screen, which is generated on the selected date range.
  2. Users can view the transaction's Series & Entry No on the screen.
  3. Entry Date and Time of the transaction are also available on the screen.
  4. Users can view the Bills Status on the screen.
  5. And other details will reflect according to the selected parameters.

Note: Similarly, users can view the other details, i.e. print log, print barcode log, master log, reset sale rate log, resequence entry number, and import master.
