How to view Group/Month Wise Purchase Analysis Report in SwilERP


The analysis report consist of the objects that you want to analyze such as customer, groups, vendors, products, etc. also, the purchase analysis report details the costs of purchasing every product during a given period. Use this report to view the Product name, Group (Marketing Company) name, Quantity, Free Qty, etc. for every product purchased over the reporting period. In the  SwilERP  software, there is an option to view the  Group/Month Wise Purchase Analysis report.


Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:
  1. Go to the  Analysis  section:
  2. Select the  Purchase Analysis > Group/Month Wise.

How to Analyze the Group Month Wise Purchase details:

  1. Select the Product-Area section:

  1. Enter the  Date- Range  'From to To.'
  2. Select the option of  Marketing Company ; then all products' Group will be shown in the Report.
  3. Select the  Report Type  as in Cumulative/Monthly/Quarterly/Day Wise, in which you want to view the Report.
  4. Select the  Transaction  of which details you want to analyze.
  5. If required, select the  Series.
  6. If the user wants to apply a filter in the Report, select the  Product/Sales Person  and  Vendor  tab and use all required filters.
  7. Select the  Invoice Attribute , if required.
  8. Click on the  View  tab.

Select the Area-Product section:

           If the users want to view the Group wise details in the report, they can follow the below easy steps:-

    1. Go to the  Area-Product  section.
    2. Select the below options according to which you want to view the details.
      1. Category
      2. Brand
      3. Strength
      4. Generic
      5. Schedule
      6. Region
      7. Area
      8. Locality
      9. ReferBy (Zone)
      10. ReferBy (Area), etc.
    3. After selecting the above groups, click on the  View  tab.

Select the Product-Station:

  1. Firstly, go to the Product-Station section.
  2. As per the requirement, select any option in the below-given options.
  1. Country
  2. Station
  3. State
  4. District
  5. Sales Person, etc.
  1. After selecting the above given option, click on the View tab.

  1. How to view the report in Chart form:               

  2. Click on the  Chart  tab.
  3. Inside the chart tab there are given many types of charts form, select the chart in which you want to convert your report.

  1. How to Print and Preview the report:

  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Click on the Preview tab, if you want to view the preview of report before the print.
  3. To take the printout, click on the Print tab.

  1. How to export the report into Excel format:

  1. Go to the Display tab.
  2. Click on the ' T ' point and select the export format as per the requirements.
