How to view Group Product-Wise Inventory Details Report in SwilERP         

Meaning of Group Product Wise Inventory Details ?

Inventory details are a statement of the real-time stock-in-hand on a particular day. In Group Product Wise Report, users can view the product details with all group (marketing) names. You can also view the details of purchased stock, product name, expiry date, rate, barcode, etc.



This report also helps you to know the available stock and minimum/maximum stock. In the SwilERP dashboard, there is an option to view this report.

  • To view Group Product Wise Report, open the SwilERP dashboard:-

  1. Reports > Inventory Details > Group Product Wise.

  1. How to view the report:

        To view, the report follows the given steps:
  1. Go to the Home tab.
  2. Select the As on Date till which you want to view the report.
  3. Select the Report Type as in Summary/Details/Lot wise in which you want to view details in your report.
  4. Tick on Virtual/Show nil stock/Show discontinued as per the requirement.
  5. Choose and filter in the Product and Manufacture tab, if required.
  6. Tap on the View tab.

  1. To view details in Chart format:

  • From the Home tab.

  • Click on the given option of Chart on top of the right side.

  1. To Preview and Print the report, and convert them into Excel format:

  • Go to the Display section.

  • Then click on the given option of Print and Preview to print your report.

  • Click on the 'T' point then select the option of Excel, PDF, HTML, etc from the below list.
