How to view Group Product Wise Sales Return Report in SwilERP

Overview:

A sales return is when the customer sends the product back to the seller. The return is usually because of an excess product, expiry of product, and due to many other reasons. Group product-wise sales return reports help to keep accurate data. Users can view this report by Group name and Product names whenever they need them. 

In the SwilERP dashboard, there is an option for users how to view reports of Group Product Wise Sales Returns. In this report, you can view all the details of the return products, for example, product name, marketing group name, quantity and amount, etc. 



Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process: 

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Select Sales Returns > Group Product Wise.

How to view the report:

  1. From the  Product Area section.
  2. Select the Date Range from which you want to view the report.
  3. You can select any of these options from the Report Type in which you want to see the report.

    → Summary

    → Details

    → Month wise

    → Day wise

    → Monthly

    → Quarterly

  1. Select the Series, if required.
  2. Choose the Product, Sales Person, and Customer tab, According to user requirements they can also apply filters in these options.
  3. Select Invoice Attribute if required.
  4. Click on the View tab.

How to view the report in Chart:       

  1. Click on the Chart option and select the chart format in which you want to convert the report.
  2. Note: There will be many options inside the Chart tab, for example, Palette, Show Title, Show Grid-lines, Totals Only, etc. You can also select these options as per your requirement.

How to Print/Preview & Export Report:

  1. Go to the Display tab.
  2. Select the option of Preview or Print to print your report.
  3. Tap on the 'T' point If you want to convert the report into Excel format. Inside the 'T' point you will see the many options to convert the report;  

    → Excel

    → Text

    → PDF

    → HTML
