What is the meaning of Group Wise Sales Return?

The sales return is a condition when the seller receives the returned products from the buyers. The return is usually because of an excess product, expiry of product, and due to many other reasons. Group-wise sales return reports help to keep accurate data with all Marketing Groups Name.



In SwilERP if the user wants to view a report of Sales Returns with the group-wise, they can view it from the Reports section. In this report, you can view the details of sales returns with the quantity, amount, and marketing group names. 
  1. Open SwilERP dashboard:-
  2.  Go to Reports > Sales Returns > Group Wise.

How to view the report:

  • The Next window will appear. Please follow the below steps:- 

    ☆  Go to the Area Product section.

    ☆  Enter the Date Range 'From' to 'To'.

    ☆  Select the Report Type details which you want in the report as summary wise, details wise, month wise, day- 

     wise, etc.          

    ☆   Accordingly select the Series.

    ☆   If required, choose and filter in the Product, Sales Person, and Customer tab.

    ☆  Click on the View tab and the report appears as shown below.

How to view the report in Chart form:

  1. How to convert a report into a chart form:-
  1. Click on the Chart tab.

 Note: There will be many options inside the Chart tab, for example, Palette, Show Title, Show Grid-lines, Totals Only, etc. You can also select these options as per your requirement.

How to Print And Preview:

  1. To Preview and Print the report:-
  1. Go to the Display Section.
  2. Click on Preview and Print tab.

How to Export report:

  1. To convert the report into Excel format:- 
  1. After generating the report go to the Display section.
  2. Click on the "T'' point and the report will be exported in Excel, Text, PDF, or HTML format.
