How to View GST Query in SwilERP Software


What is GST Query

GST Query Data is an option in SwilERP; if users want to view their GST Sales and Purchase transaction data in a report, they can view it from the GST section. SwilERP also features an accounting solution option in which users can manage their accounting data. It will help you to compare data from GST and your transactions.


This option summarizes the data of Sales Invoice/ Debit Note, Sales Credit Note, and Purchase Invoice/ Credit Note Purchase Debit Note. You can view the GST Query data by selecting a specific date range. With this, you can compare GST data with your transactions. Hence, this will help you file your GST Return per software transaction.


First, start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the GST> GST Query.

How to view GST Query

  1. A new window of GST Query will appear in the next slide.
  2. Select the Date Range "From" to "To", in which you want to view details.
  3. There is an option to view Check list and HSN detail with the given options.
  4. Users can also view GSTR-3B details while clicking on it.
  5. Click on the View option.

Here you will see following details:

  1. Transaction Details: Users can view details of the Purchase Invoice, Purchase Debit/Credit Note, Purchase Amount, Sales Invoice, Sales Debit/Credit Note, Sales Amount, etc.
  2. Invoice Count: Count of invoice transactions are also visible in this column.
  3. Invoice Value: Here you will see invoice value of particular transaction.
  4. Taxable Amount: Total taxable amount are visible in the column.
  5. SGST/ CGST/ IGST/ Cess: The amount of following amounts are also visible in the columns.
  6. Tax Rate:  Tax rates i.e. 0%, 5%, 12%, 18%, 28%, and other these all are available in respective columns.

To Print & Preview the GST Query

  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Click on the Print and Preview option to take the printout of details.

To export the file in excel format

  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Click on the "T" option to convert it.
  3. Here you will see the Excel, Text, PDF, XML, and RTF formats to convert the file.
