How to view Min/Max Stock Valuation Report in SwilERP


Overview

If the quantity exceeds the maximum level limit then it will be overstocking and that is called maximum stock. The minimum level shows the lowest figure of stock balance. If stocks are less in stores that are called minimum stock.

In the SwilERP software, users can view the valuation report of the stock at the Minimum level and Maximum levels. Make sure while creating the product in the "Product Master" window, minimum/maximum stock has been entered.



Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Select the Reports menu.
  2. Go to the Stock Reports > Min/Max Stock Valuation.

How to set the parameters to view the report:

  • Go to the Home tab.

  • Select the options of Stock Basis in Min/Max level, in which you want to view the report.

  • From the below options select type of Valuation Rate as per the requirement.

    1. Net rate
    2. MRP
    3. Purchase rate
    4. Sale rate
  1. Select and filter in the Product section, if required.
  2. Click on the View tab.
  1. If you have selected the stock basis at the Minimum level, then the report will appear like this:

  • How can see this report in Chart format:

  1. Click on the Chart tab and you will see the report in chart format.

           Note: There will be many options inside the Chart tab, for example, Palette, Show Title, Show Grid lines, Totals Only, etc. You can select these options as per your requirement.

How to Print/Preview and Export report:

  1.  If the user wants to take a Print and Preview of this report and convert it into Excel format, follow these steps:
  • Go to the Display tab.
  • Click on the Print and Preview tab to print your report.
  • From the 'T' point, the user can also convert this report into Excel, Text, PDF, or HTML format.
