How to view monthly stock report in SwilERP 

What is monthly stock report?

The Monthly stock report is a concise and vital report to monitor the stock level & consumption based on the transactions. By selecting a month, users can view the monthly stock report easily. Purchase, Sales, and Current quantity are visible in the report; with the help of this, you can manage your stock. 

In SwilERP, users can easily maintain their stock by viewing Monthly Stock Report. In this report, there is an option to view Product filter-wise reports and also users can view every product, Group name, batch number, purchase rate, Sale rate, MRP,  Current Quantity, and Margin.

   

These are the step-by-step process to view the monthly stock report     

  1. From the Dashboard in Reports section: 

    1. Go to Stock Reports> Monthly Stock Report.

  1. In the monthly stock Report window: 

    1. Go to the Home Tab.
    2. Enter the Date Range 'From' to 'To'.
    3. If you want to Filter Products then, click on the Product. 
    4. Click on the View tab.
    5. Then, you'll see all the details of the Product. 
    6. You can find the following details in this report: Products' Purchase Rate, Sale Rate, MRP, Purchase Qty, Sales Qty, Current Qty, and other details of the product.

  1. To view the report in a Chart Format: 

    1. Click on the Chart Tab.
    2. You can also choose the Type of Chart from below given list.

  1. To Print and Preview the Reports:

    1. Go to the Display option.
    2. Click on the Print and Preview Option to print your reports.

  1. To convert your reports into excel format:

    1. Go to the Display tab.
    2. Then, click on the 'T' point and select the option in which you want to convert your reports.
