How to view MRP Query in SwilERP 

Meaning of MRP Query

In SwilERP, the meaning of MRP query is users can view their transaction details according to the selected MRP rate. For example, if you selected 50 MRP rate then you can view all transaction in this MRP rate. With this option, users can also view MRP, Batch Number, Expiry Date, Sale Rate, Purchase Rate, Current Stock, and Stock Location of every Product.

In the MRP query, there is an option to select following details:
  1. Barcode
  2. Lot Number
  3. Manufacturer
  4. Color
  5. Batch Number
  6. MRP 
From these options, only the selected details are shown in the queries report. If you selected 100001 Lot number, you can view details for the same lot number. 

These are the step-by-step instructions to view the Queries 

  1. From the Dashboard in Queries section: 

    1. Go to Queries> MRP Query.

  1. In the MRP Query window:

    1. Go to the Home tab.
    2. Select a Lot Number of Products in which you want to view the detail. 
    3. Now, select a Manufacturer Name and enter the Batch Number manually.
    4. Enter the MRP whose rate you want to view the Products' billing.  
    5. If a user wants to view nil stock, then Tick mark on the Show Nil Stock Lots. 
    6. Select and Filter the Product, if required. 
    7. Click on the View tab.

  1. To Print and Preview the Query Details:

    1. Go to the Display option.
    2. Click on the Print and Preview Option to print your Details.

  1. To convert your Details into excel format:

    1. Go to the Display tab.
    2. Then, click on the 'T' point and select the option in which you want to convert the Details.
