How to view the Negative Stock report in SwilERP (RetailGraph)


This Negative Stock report displays a list of all stock items that have a negative quantity balance. SwilERP software has a feature to view the Negative stock report. In this article, we will discuss how to view this report.

Start with Login in the SwilERP software to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Select Inventory Reports > Stock Detail.

How do set parameters to view negative stock details:

  1. Go to the Home section.
  2. Select the As on Date until you want to view the details.
  3. Select the report Type as Summary wise, Details wise, and Lot wise in which you want to view the report.
  4. If required, mark the Virtual /Show Nil Stock and Show Discontinued options.
  5. As per your requirement, enter the Value/Rate Between columns.
  6. You can apply the filter and select details in the Product and Manufacture tab.
  7. Now, click on the View tab.

    Note: As you can see, the values showing with the (-) sign in the highlighted Stock column are negative stocks.

To view some other details in the report:

  1. Users can select all the below options at once or one by one to view the details in the report:
1.) Category

2.) Brand

3.) Strength

4.) Marketing Company

5.) 'Product'

6.) Product
  1. After selecting all the above-given options, click on the View tab.

Process to convert data into chart format:


  1. From the Home tab.
  2. Click on the Chart tab to convert it into chart format.
  3. Inside the chart tab, there are given many chart options; select as per requirement.

Note: If you want to Analyze the report Data, then you can do it in the given analysis section.

 Process to take Pint & Preview:


  1. Go to the Display tab.
  2. Click on the Preview and Print options to take the printout.

Process to Export the report into Excel and other formats:

  1. From the Display tab.
  2. Click on the 'T' point and select export format as needed.
