How to View Opening and Closing Stock Details in SwilERP

The closing stock at the end of a month is the same as the opening stock at the beginning of the following month. In SwilERP Software, the user can view Opening and Closing Stock details under the 'Inventory Report' feature. In this article, we will show you how to view the details of the opening and closing stocks. Do follow the below steps to know the process:

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Select Inventory Reports > Sales and Stock option.

Process to view the opening & closing stock details:

A new window of Sales and Stock (Detail) will appear in the next slide. Follow the below-mentioned steps to view the details: 
  1. Go to the Home tab.
  2. Select the Date Range "From" to "To". 
  3. Select the Report Type as Summary / Detail.
  4. Users can filter the Product and Manufacturer by selecting these options.
  5. There is a given Parameters option; if required, then select it.
  6. Click on the View option.
  7. And you'll see the details of the Opening stock in the below-given screen.

  1. Scroll from the right to left side in the same report.
  2. And as well as you'll see the details of the Closing stock in the below-given screen.
