View Particular Bill on Ledger Transaction Window

How to view the Particular Bill on the Ledger Transaction window in SwilERP (RetailGraph)


In SwilERP Software, users can easily view a particular bill on the ledger transaction window. In this article, we will discuss the process of it. Follow the below steps to learn the process:

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Select Account Reports > Ledger Display.

  1. After that, the "Ledger Display window" will appear on the next slide.
  2. Select the Date Range 'From to To.'
  3. Now, click on the View tab, and all the ledger accounts will display.

  1. Select the Ledger Account of which account details you want to view. 
  2. "Double-click" on the selected account.

  1. Now above-selected account window will appear on the next slide.
  2. In the Particulars column, double-click here.

  1. After that, the user will switch to the selected ledger's bill window.
  2. Now you can view details as per your requirement.
