How to View Party outstanding detail on the Sales Invoice window in SwilERP (RetailGraph)
In SwilERP, if users want to view the outstanding balance of the selected customer while creating a sales invoice, they can view it.
In this article, to view Party's outstanding detail on the sales billing window, the user will follow the below steps:
Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process
- Go to Sales menu > Sales Invoice.
- Now, to create an invoice, click on the New tab.
Reference Window:
1st way to view outstanding balance:
- After that Sales Invoice window will appear on the next slide.
- Enter the Customer name in whose name you want to create the bill.
- After entering the customer name, Outstanding Balance will be shown here.

2nd way to view all details of outstanding balance:
- Enter the Customer name.
- Now go to Reports menu.

- Here select the Customer Ledger option.
- After that customer ledger window will appear on next slide.
- Here you can view outstanding details of the selected customer.
