View Party outstanding detail on the Sales Invoice window

How to View Party outstanding detail on the Sales Invoice window in SwilERP (RetailGraph)


In SwilERP,  if users want to view the outstanding balance of the selected customer while creating a sales invoice, they can view it.
In this article, to view Party's outstanding detail on the sales billing window, the user will follow the below steps:

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to Sales menu > Sales Invoice.
  2. Now, to create an invoice, click on the New tab.

1st way to view outstanding balance:

  1. After that Sales Invoice window will appear on the next slide.
  2. Enter the Customer name in whose name you want to create the bill.
  3. After entering the customer name,  Outstanding Balance will be shown here.

2nd way to view all details of outstanding balance:

  1. Enter the Customer name.
  2. Now go to Reports menu.

  1. Here select the Customer Ledger option.
  2. After that customer ledger window will appear on next slide.
  3. Here you can view outstanding details of the selected customer.
