How to view Party Product Wise Order List Report in SwilERP


Party Product Wise Order List Report:- When user wants to view all details of purchase order they can generate and view a purchase order report easily in SwilERP.  In this report users can view the details such as Vendors name, Products name with the quantity and amount.

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:
  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Select Purchase Reports > Party Product Wise Order List.

How to set the parameters to view the details:

  1. Firstly select the Area Product section.
  2. Enter the Date Range 'From' to 'To,' and it will show details accordingly.
  3. In the Report Type, the users can select the options as per the requirement, i.e., summary, detail, month-wise, day-wise, monthly, quarterly, and cumulative.
  4. As per the requirement, tick mark in the Include Branch Transfer option.
  5. Choose Series, Sales Person, and Invoice Attribute from the list if required.
  6. You can also apply a filter in the Product and Vendor tab.
  7. Now, click on the View tab.
  8. If a user wants to view the report in Chart form, click on the Chart tab.

How to Print and Preview report:

  1. Go to the Display option.
  2. Users can Preview and Print their report.

How to export report:

  1. Go to the Display tab.
  2. Click on the 'T' option and select the option in which you want to export your report.
