How to View Patient Product Wise Sales Return Report in SwilERP


Overview:

A patient product-wise sale return is when a customer (patient) sends a product back to the seller. A customer may return a product for many reasons, such- the customer may have ordered more quantity than they need, the expiry date of the product, etc. So patient product wise sales return report to help keep accurate data and they can view this report with Patients' Name whenever they need. 
In SwilERP, there is an option to view the Patient Product Wise Sales returns report in the Reports section. With this option, User can also view their report in Summary wise/ Detail wise/ Month wise/ Day wise/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Cumulative.



Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:
  1. Go to the Reports.
  2. Sales Returns > Patient Product Wise Sales Return.

To view the report:

  1. Go to the Area Product section.
  2. Select the Date Range from where you want to view the report.
  3. Select the Report Type in which you want to view the report.
  4. As per requirement, select and filter in the Products, Sales Person, and Customer tab.
  5. Select Invoice Attribute if required.
  6. Click on the View Option.

To view the report in Chart form:

  1. Click on the Chart option.
  2. You can also choose the Type of Chart inside the Chart tab.

To Print and Preview report:

  1. Go to the Display option.
  2. Click on the Preview and Print option to print your reports.

To Export report in excel format:

  1. Go to the Display tab.
  2. Click on the 'T' then select the option in which you want to view your reports.
