View Pending Sales Challan Report

How to view pending Sale Challan Report in SwilERP (RetailGraph) Software 


In SwilERP Software, the user can easily view the pending sale challan report. To view the Pending sale challan report, the user needs to follow the below steps:-

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Select Transaction Status Report > Sales Challan Status.

How to set the parameters to view the report:

  1. Go to the Home tab.
  2. Select the Date Range 'From to To.'
  3. Select the Report Type as Detail and Summary.
  4. Choose the Pending option, to view pending challan details.
  5. If required tick mark in the Partially Adjusted, and a report will show accordingly.
  6. You can apply a filter in a Customer tab if required.
  7. If required, select the Series list.
  8. Now click on the View tab.

After following the above-mentioned steps, the Pending Sale Challan Report will appear as shown below.

How to convert data into the Chart format:

  1. From the Home Tab.
  2. To convert into a chart, click on the Chart tab and select the chart format in which you want to convert.

How to Print/Preview, and Export data:

  1. Go to the Display tab.
  2. If you want to take a printout of this report, click on the Print & Preview tab.
  3. To export the data into Excel and other formats, click on the 'T' point.
  4. Inside the 'T' point are many export options; select where you want to export the data.
