How to view Price List Reports: Group Wise/Name Wise/Code Wise in SwilERP Software

What does mean by Price List Report?

Price lists report is used to create pricing strategies for items whose prices are determined based on a fixed fee, the quantity used, or the contracted quantity. It shows entries by price list.

In the SwilERP Software, users can generate and view the price list report in various types, such as Group, Group name and Code wise. You can take printouts of these reports and export these reports, also. These documents are available in the Reports section. These reports will shows such details as Group name, Code name, Product name, Packing and Price, etc. Do follow the below steps to know the process of viewing of these reports:

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the Reports > Price List
  2. Select the report whose Price List Report you want to view.

  1. In this article will discuss how to view the Group Wise (Two Column) Report. And to create the rest of the reports process will be the same.

How to view the report in Group Wise (Two Column) window:

  1. Go to the Home tab.
  2. Select the date in the Date of Printing section.
  3. Select the Print Rate Type from the below-given option:
  4. MRP
  5. Purchase Rate
  6. Sale Rate
  7. Trade Rate
  8. If you want to apply the filter in your data for that, you can select the Product tab.
  9. Now, click on the View tab.

How to convert the report into a Chart format:

  1. The chart option also is given in the Home tab.
  2. Click on the Chart tab.
  3. Inside the chart tab, there are given many options for chart format; select anyone as per the requirement.

How to Print/Preview and export the report:

  1. Go to the Display tab.
  2. Select the Preview tab to view the report before print.
  3. To take the printout, click on the Print tab.
  4. Click on the 'T' point.
  5. After clicking on the 'T' point, you will see many export options; select in which format you want to export the report.
