How to view Product wise report in SwilERP

A product-wise report is a report of your stock valuation. In which you can view details lot number and product name wise. After Stock Valuation, users can view the Product Wise Stock Report in Queries Section. In this report, you will see every detail of the products' Lot Number, MRP, Batch, Expiry Date, Stock Location, Qty, Net Rate, and Gross Amount. 

Users can view the product wise report in the following details: 
  1. Category 
  2. Brand 
  3. Strength
  4. Generic 
  5. MktgCo
  6. Product 
  7. Schedule  
Here is the steps to view the product wise report in SwilERP 


  1. From the dashboard in Queries section:

    1. Go to the Stock Valuation> Product Wise Report.

  1. Process to view the Report: 

    1. Select the Report Type as in Detail/ Summary wise. 
    2. Enter the Entry Number Which was generated during saving the stock valuation window.  
    3. Click on the View option.

  1. There is a more options to view the Report 

    1. In the Home Section.
    2. Select Category, Brand, Strength, Generic, MktgCo., Product, and Schedule to view the detail in these options.
    3. Click on the View option.

  1. To Print and Preview your Reports: 

    1. Go to the Display Tab.
    2. Select the options of Print and Preview to print your Reports.

  1. Convert your details into different Formats:

    1. Go to the Display option.
    2. Click on the 'T' point and there you'll see the options of different formats.
    3. Select the Option in which you want to convert your details.
