How to View Purchase Stock Report in SwilERP

What is the meaning of Purchase Stock?

The purchase stock report shows a summary and details of products purchased from a specific vendor or from all vendors. This report shows the quantity received, the current stock, and the quantity on order.
In the SwilERP dashboard, there is an option, you will see how much stock you have purchased and also view all the details of Sales Products' Opening stock, Closing stock, and Current Stock. These details are also available in the same report.   


  • Do follow these steps to view the Report:-

  1. Go to the Reports > Stock Reports > Purchase Stock.

How to view Report:

  • Then you'll see the Purchase Stock window:-

  1. Go to the Home section.
  2. Select the Date Range "From" to "TO".
  3. Select Report Type to view the details as Summary and Details wise.
  4. Select these options Product and Manufacture you can also apply the filter on it.
  5. If Required, then select Parameters.
  6. Click on the View tab.

  1.  As per the user's requirements, they can select the below-mentioned groups also:-
  1. Category
  2. Brand
  3. Strength
  4. Product
  5. Generic
  6. Schedule
  7. Marketing company

How to view the report in Chart form:

  1. To view the Report in Chart format:-
  1. Click on the Chart tab and a report will be generated in Chart format.

 Note: There will be many options inside the Chart tab, for example, Palette, Show title, Show grid lines, Totals only you can select these options.

How to Print and Preview:

  1.   To Print/Preview and convert report in Excel format:-

  1. Go to the Display option.

  2. Click on the Print and Preview tab to print your report.

  3. From the 'T' option, the user can also convert this report to Excel, Text, PDF, or HTML format.
