How to view rate and stock query in SwilERP 

What is Rate and Stock Query? 

The Rate and Stock Query report provides complete information about a particular stock item. The details include Rate detail and Lot details in which products' stock, MRP, sale rate, net sale rate, purchase rate and stock locations will be visible. 

There is an option to view the Rate and Stock details of a particular product in the Queries section. In this option, users can view the Products' Rate Detail, Lot Detail, Vendor Detail, and Scheme Detail, and also view products' every type of detail in the Product Detail tab. 



Do follow these step-by-step instructions to view the details 

  1. Open SwilERP Dashboard in the Queries section: 

    1. Go to Queries> Rate and Stock Query.

  1. In the rate and stock query window: 

    1. Go to Home Tab. 
    2. Select the Product name whose details you want to view. 
    3. And, click on the View option. 
    4. Then, you'll view the different types of Rate Detail, click on a particular row, and in the next column in Lot Detail you'll see Stock Location-wise details.  
    5. If the user wants to view details of Location/Rate wise then, click on the given option on top of the left side. 
    6. There is an also option of Print Barcode or Set No. of labels.
    7. With the Set No. of labels option, users can set the count of a label that they want to print for a particular lot.

  1. Users can also view every detail of the selected product:

    1. Go to Product Detail. 
    2. And on the top of the center there, you'll see Products' Marketing group, Category, Sale Rate, Purchase Rate, MRP, Current Stock, etc.

  1. To Print and Preview the details:

    1. Go to the Display option.
    2. Click on the Print and Preview Option to print your details.

  1. To convert your details into excel format:

    1. Go to the Display tab.
    2. Then, click on the 'T' point and select the option in which you want to convert your Details.
