Meaning of Re-Order Inventory Report.

In a business, at any point in time, it is crucial to maintain sufficient stock to meet customers' needs. Users can specify the minimum inventory and Re-order quantity as per the requirements.   In  SwilERP software, there is an option in the Reports section for users to view Re-order Report Compared With the Last Sales.    

  Start with Login in the SwilERP Dashboard to initiate the Process:

• Go to Reports section.
  

• Inventory Details > Re-Order Report > Compare With Last Sales.
  

How to view Re-Order Report Compare With Last Sale:

1. Go to the  Home  section.
2. If the user wants to re-order stock to a particular vendor, select that vendor name in  the Vendor  tab; then, choose the ' Selected'  option and click on the  Update To Order Book / Update To Purchase Order. 
3. Select the  Last Vendor/Best Vendor  option and click on the  Update To Order Book or Purchase Order;  stock will be re-ordered to the respective vendor accordingly.
4. Select  Invoice Attribute , if required.
5. Tick/Untick in the  Round off Loose Qty box to Packed Qty .
6. If you want to apply filters in your report, you can click on the  Product/Invoice Attribute/Series  tab and use all the filters.
7. Users can view details in the report as per the below-mentioned options:                            

1. Generate ' Location ' Wise Reorder
2. Generate ' Product ' Wise Reorder
3. Generate ' Color ' Wise Reorder
4. Generate ' Batch ' Wise Reorder             

1.  If the user wants to view the report details group-wise, then they have to select the below-given options and set the Groups as per the requirement.                

1. Category
2. Marketing Company
3. Brand
4. Product
5. Strength
6. Generic
7. Schedule

1. Select the Station from the Station List if you want to view the report Location wise. 
2. Now, click on the View tab.
   

1. Go  to the  Home  tab.
   
2. Select any column and data to convert the report into Chart form.
   
3. Click on the  Chart  tab.
   
4. Inside the Chart tab, there  are many options  to convert a report into Chart form.
   

How to Preview and Print this Report : 

1. Go to the Display tab.
2. Select the Preview tab if you want to preview your report before printing.
3. Then select the Print tab to take the printout of your report. Screen as per below.
   

How to Export report into Excel and Other formats :

1. From the  Display section.
2. Click on the " T " point and select your desired export format.
   

View details for Order Basis For Min/Max Level :

1. Select the section of  Order Basis for Min/Max Level.    
   
2. If the user wants to re-order stock compared with last sales, select the option of Days Sales .
   
3. Enter the  min/max  days of inventory.
   
4. Enter the  Case Lot %  and  Box Size %  if the users want to affect the re-order quantity as per these options.
   
5. If you tick a mark in the other boxes, it will also affect the Re-order quantity. 
   
6. If the user wants to re-order the stock, go to the home section and click on the Update To Order Book/To Purchase Order options and  the stock will be re-ordered accordingly. 
   
7. To view the report go to the Home section and click on the  View  tab.  

Note :- (You can also re-order stock by following below option)

1. Select the  Re-order Qty  option, enter the properties of total sales you want to re-order, then subtract the  Current Stock  from it.
   

To view the Not Ordered Inventory Report :

• If the user wants to view details of not ordered inventory.

1. Go to the Not Ordered section.
2. Select any option according to the user's requirement and which details you want in your report.
