How to view Re-Order Report (Compare With Minimum Stock) in SwilERP

Meaning of Inventory Re-Order Report.

In a business, at any point in time, it is essential to maintain sufficient stock to meet customers' needs. Users can specify and reorder the minimum order quantity according to their inventory requirements. Users must view inventory Re-Order Reports Compared with Minimum stock in the Reports section.

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the Reports.
  2. Inventory Details > Re-Order Report  >  Compare With Minimum Stock.

Re-Order Report (Compare With Minimum Stock):

  • Go to the  Home section.
  • If the user wants to re-order stock from a particular vendor, select that vendor name in the Vendor tab; then, choose the ' Selected'  option and click on the  Update To Order Book / Update To Purchase Order. 
  • Select the  Last Vendor/Best Vendor  option and click on the  Update To Order Book or Purchase Order;  stock will be re-ordered to the respective vendor accordingly.
  • Select  Invoice Attribute , if required.
  • Tick/Untick in the  Round off Loose Qty box to Packed Qty .
  • If you want to apply filters to your report, click on the  Product/Invoice Attribute/Series  tab and use all the filters.
  • Users can view details in the report as per the below-mentioned options:  
Generate ' Location ' Wise Reorder
Generate ' Product ' Wise Reorder
Generate ' Color wise Reorder
Generate ' Batch ' Wise Reorder
  • If users want to view group-wise details in the report, select the below-given options:
Category
Marketing company
Brand
Product
Strength
Generic
Schedule 
  • If required, select Station from the Station list.
  • Now click on the view tab.

View the report in Chart form:

  • Select any column or data to convert the report.
  • Click on the  Chart tab.
  • Inside the chart tab, given many options , the users can select these options as per the requirements.

How to Preview and Print Report:               

  • Go to the  Display section. 
  • Click on the  Preview tab to preview the report before printing. 
  • Select the  Print tab to take a printout of the report.

How to send and export this report:

  • From the  Display section.
  • Click on the ' A ' option to share an E-Mail of the report. 
  • Click on the ' T ' point and select any export option from  Excel, PDF, Text, or HTML.

View details for Order Basis For Min/Max Level:

  • Select  Order Basis for Min/Max Level  Section.   
  • When the user wants to compare their inventory with the minimum stock level, select the  Product Master  option.
  • Enter the  Case Lot %  and  Box Size %  if the users want to affect the re-order quantity as per these options.
  • If you tick a mark in the other boxes, it will also affect the Re-order quantity.
  • If the user wants to re-order the stock, go to the home section and click on the  Update To Order Book/To Purchase Order  options and  stock will be re-ordered accordingly.
  • After following all the above steps, go to the  Home section and click on the  View tab.

Note:- (You can also re-order stock by following the below option)
  1. Select the  Re-order Qty  option, enter the properties of total sales you want to order, then subtract the  Current Stock  from it.

View Not Ordered inventory report :

  • Go to the  Not Ordered section.
  • Select any option that details you want to view in your report.
