How to View Report of Ageing Analysis of Stock In SwilERP


What is meant by Ageing Analysis Report?

The inventory Ageing Report gives a rundown of the number of days you have been holding stock. This helps identify slow-moving and sale goods. You can customize the report based on Aging intervals that can be in days. In addition to that, you can print as well as export the Report in PDF, XLS, and Excel formats.



In SwilERP software, there is an option in the Reports section on how to view the Ageing Analysis of Stock Report.

Log in SwilERP:
  1. Go to the Reports:-
  2. Inventory Details > Ageing Analysis Of Stock.

How to view details in Report:

  1. To view, the report follow the given steps:-
  • Go to the Home section.

  • In  'As On Date' select the date till which you want to view the report.

  • In the Ageing, box selects the group for which Ageing Analysis is required. You can define the ageing slabs, depending on the requirement.

  • If user wants to view all the stock details then select the Detail option from the Report Type tab as well as you want to view the Summary of the report then select it.

  • Select and filter in the Product tab, if required.

  • When the user wants to view the report as Category wise/Brand wise and view other additional details, then select the below-given option:-

    · Category

    · Brand    

    · Marketing Company

    · Product

    · Strength

    · Schedule

    · Generic

  • Now, Click on the View tab, and a report will be generated.

How to convert the report into Chart form:

  • To view the report in Chart form:-

  • From the Home section.

  • Select the Chart tab.

  • Inside the Chart tab, there are given many types of charts, that the user has to select as per the requirement.

How to Preview / Print this report:

  1. To preview and Print the report follow the below given easy steps:-
  • Go to the Display section.

  • Click on the Preview tab when you want to view how your report will appear when printed.

  • To take a printout click on the Print tab. Screen as per below.

How to Export report into Excel and other formats:

  • To export reports in Excel and other formats:-

  • From the Display section.

  • Select the 'T' point.

  • Under the 'T' point there are given many export options, select which you want.
