How to View Report of Batch No. Wise Stock (Format) in SwilERP


Meaning of Batch Number Wise Stock (Format).

Batch numbers are unique identification numbers for each product to manage a group of products. The Stock Report of Batch Number Wise (Format) means all stock details should be available in a format. Users can view this report easily in SwilERP software. This report provides the details of the product name, Group name, MRP, expiry date, current stock, etc.

In this Article, you will see how to view this report in SwilERP.

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  • Go to the Reports section:-

  • Select Inventory Details > Formats > Batch No. Wise Stock(Format).

How to View Batch Number Wise Stock(Format) report:

  1. To view the report, follow the below-mentioned steps:-
  1. Go to the Home section.
  2. Select the Date Range from which you want to view the report.
  3. Users can also select the option of in the 'Stock as on Date'.
  4. In the Product tab, users can view details by applying filters if required.
  5. Now Click on the View tab.

  • To convert it into Chart form:-
  1. From the Home section.
  2. Select data or any column in your report.
  3. Click on the Chart tab and select that option of Chart you want to view in the report.

  • To take the Printout/Preview of this report, follow the below easy steps:- 
  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Click on the Preview and Print tab to take the printout of this report.

  • To export report into excel and other formats:-
  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Click on the 'T' point and select the format you want to export the report.
