What is the meaning of the Sales Stock report?

Reporting and analysis are essential to any pharma company because they tell you exactly what's going on in your stock. This report provides the performance of various sales activities within a store.
Additionally, we will discuss exactly how to view reports of sales stock In the SwilERP dashboard.  In this report section, users can view all the details related to opening and closing stocks.

  1. Open SwilERP dashboard:-
  1. Go to Reports > Stock Reports > Sales Stock.

How to view Report

  1. The Next window will be opened, now you will see how to view details of Sales Stock:-
  2.  Go to the Home tab.
  3. Select the Date Range "From" to "To".
  4. Select the Report Type from the given options- Summary and Details which you want to view in the report.
  5. Select and Filter the Product and Manufacture tab, accordingly.  
  6. If required, set the Parameters.
  7. Click on the View tab.

  1. As well as if users want to view some other details in the report:-
  1. In-Home tab select the below-given options         

    2. 1- Category
    2- Brand
    3- Strength
    4- Product
    5- Generic
    6- Schedule
    7- Marketing company

  1. Click on the View tab.

Note:- Users can select all the above options as per the requirement.

How to view the report in Chart form

  1.  How to view the same report in Chart format:-   
  2.  Click on the Chart tab and a report will be generated in Chart format.
Note: There will be many options inside the Chart tab, for example, Palette, Show Title, Show Gridlines, and Totals Only you can select these options.

How to Print and Preview Report

  • To Print, Preview, and export the report in Excel format:- 

  • Go to the Display tab.

  • Click on the Print and Preview options to print your report.

  • From the 'T' point, the user can also convert this report to Excel, Text, PDF, or HTML format.
