How to View Sales Per Day Report in SwilERP Software
What is Sales Per Day Report?
The sales per day report refer to the process of keeping daily sales records over a particular selected period. This report provides you with details for availabilities of stock for the days to come based on per day sales. In this, you have to edit the days count in which you want to view the data.
In the Reports section, there is an option to view Per Day Sales Report. Users can view day-by-day data of their sales and also view the available stock details. There is an option to filter the products and select whom you want to view to view the data.
Follow these step-by-step instructions to view the report
Start with login in SwilERP Dashboard to initiate the process
- Go to Reports> Sales Analysis> Sales Per Day Report.

In the Sales Per Day Report window:
- Go to the Home page.
- Enter the day count that will Consider Sales of the last days.
- If required then, tick mark on Print Nil Sales Product.
- Select and Filter the Product.
- Tab on the View option.
- There you will view Group name, product name, total sales, sales per day, current stock, available up to days details.
Note: Users can view stock availabilities for days to come based on per-day sales.

To Print and Preview the Reports:
- Go to the Display option.
- Click on the Print and Preview Option to print your reports.

To convert your reports into excel format:
- Go to the Display tab.
- Then, click on the 'T' point and select the option in which you want to convert your reports.

Users can Email their reports from the display section:
- Go to the Display option.
- Click on the "A" point and select the option in which format you want to share your reports.
- And then, a Pop-Up Window will open in front of you:
- First, update the E-mail Id in the branch section to share a mail from your e-mail.
- Enter Email Id of the person with whom you want to share the report or you can select from the contact list.
- If required, then enter Ids in 'CC' or 'BCC' dialog box.
- Enter the Subject of your report.
- Write your content in the below-given dialog box.
- Click on the Send option.
