How to View Statement Series Wise in SwilERP


A series-wise statement in SwilERP is a comprehensive report that presents transaction data organized by series. It enables users to conveniently view sales, purchases, credit notes, and debit notes in a series-wise format. For example, if a series is created starting with the A1 number, all transactions associated with that series will be displayed in the series-wise statement. Furthermore, SwilERP offers the flexibility to view specific group-wise details by selecting the desired group from the Group-On option, ensuring customized and focused statement generation according to user preferences.

Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the Accounts> Statement> Statement (Series Wise).

How to view series wise statement

  1. A new window of  Statement will appear in next slide.
  2. First, select the Date range from which you want to view the data.
  3. Select the details Account and Group-on in which statement will show.
  4. If you want to Filter your series, click on the given option on the top of right side.
  5. Click on the View option.

Following details are show in this window:
  1. Purchase Invoice-  Here you'll see series-wise transactions of purchase.
  2. Sales Invoice-   With this, you can view transaction series-wise sales details.
  3. Make Payment-  Payment details are also shown in this statement.
  4. Credit/ Debit Note- In the same window, you can view Purchase debit/credit note or Sales debit/credit note details series-wise.
  5. All the other details will show according to your transactions in the software.

Export statement into excel format

In SwilERP, there is also an option to export statements in excel format. Users can easily export reports in an excel file with the export file option. Do follow the below-given steps:

  1. Go to the Display section.

  2. Click on the "T" option, select the excel option to convert you statement.
