How to view Shelf/Rack Product-Wise Report In SwilERP
Meaning By Shelf Product Wise Report.
The Shelf wise stock report records batch numbers, expiry dates, and all other products. The shelf number helps to identify easily and locate the products. With the help of SwilERP software, users can easily view the Shelf Product Wise Report from the Reports section.
From the SwilERP dashboard:
Go to the Reports section:- Then select, Inventory Details > Shelf Product Wise.
How to view the report:
- To view the Shelf Product Wise Report, the user needs to follow the given steps:-
- Firstly, Go to the Home tab.
- In 'As On Date' mention the date up to which the report needs to be viewed.
- Select the Report Type which details you to want to view in your report.
- Now, the Tick mark given below check boxes if required-
1-) Virtual
2-) Show Nil Stock
3-) Show Discontinued
- If you want to apply filters in your report you can click on the Product and Manufacture tab and apply all the filters.
- Select the below-given options if the user wants to view other additional details in the report:-
1-) Category
2-) Marketing company
3-) Brand
4-) Product
5-) Schedule
6-) Generic
7-) Strength
- Finally, click on the View tab.
How to view the report in Chart:
- To convert this report into Chart form:-
From the Home tab.
Select the data or any column in the report to convert the report into the Chart form.
Click on the Chart tab.
Under the Chart tab, there are given many chart options. Users can select any of these as per the requirement.
How to Print & Preview the report:
- To Preview and Print your report:-
Go to the Display tab.
Click on the Preview and Print tab to take a printout of your report.
How to Export this report:
- Export this report into Excel formats:-
Export the report which is currently displayed on your screen. Follow these easy steps to convert the report into Excel format.
Go to the Display section.
Click on the 'T' point.
Select one of the export formats inside the-

⬝ HTML
⬝ RTF
