How to view Stock Query in SwilERP

What is a Stock Query? 

The Stock Query report provides complete information about a particular stock item. The details include Alias, Lot Number, MRP, Batch Number, Expiry Date, Current Stock, Stock Location and so on. 

SwilERP featured an option of Stock Query in which you'll see the details of Products' Stock. In this option, users can select these following details to view the details in selected items. By selecting one option from these, you can view particular detail for the same. 

1. Barcode 
   
2. Lot Number
   
3. Manufacturer 
   
4. Color
   
5. Batch
   
6. MRP 

Do follow these step-by-step instructions to view the details 

1. From the SwilERP dashboard:
   

1. Go to Queries> Stock Query.

1. On the next page, you'll see the Stock Query window:
   

1. Go to the Home Tab.
   
2. If users want to view all the Products Stock including Nil stock lots. 
   
3. Then tick mark on the Show Nil Stock Lots. 
   
4. Select all the Products from the given option. 
   
5. Click on the View option. 
   

Note: You don't need to select other options to view all the Products' detail.

1. To view the stock details Lot Number wise:

1. Select the Lot Number from the below-given list. 
   
2. If users want to view Vendor wise stock details then, select the Manufacturer's name. 
   
3. Users can also choose Batch number and MRP if required.  
   
4. Tap on the View option. 
   
5. For Example, you've chosen Lot number 10000001 and then, all the lot number-wise details will show on the screen.

1. Print and Preview your details from the given options:

1. Go to the Display option. 
   
2. Click on the Print and Preview option to print your query details.

1. Convert your details into different Formats:

1. Go to the Display option.
   
2. Click on the 'T' point and there you'll see the options of different formats.
   
3. Select the Option in which you want to convert your details.
