How To View Supplier Product Wise Purchase (Qty) Report In SwilERP
Supplier Product Wise Purchase Report?
This purchase report shows the details of the product purchased from a specific vendor or all the vendors. This report shows the quantity purchased, purchased price, entry date, and product name.
When the users open the SwilERP dashboard, the Reports menu will appear on the menu bar. There are many heads of reports, click on the Purchase Reports and select the option Supplier Product Wise Report.
Do follow these step-by-step instructions to view this report-
Select Supplier Product Wise Purchase (Qty) from Purchase Reports Under Reports :
- Open SwilERP Dashboard:-
- Reports > Purchase Reports > Supplier Product Wise Purchase (Qty).
How to view Report:
Select the required data that you want to view in Reports:-
- Go to the Area-Product section.
- Enter the Date Range 'From' to 'To'.
- Select the Report Type and which type of details you want in your report.
- Users can also choose Series and Invoice Attribute if required.
- According to the required filter data of Product/ Sales Person/ Vendor.
- Click on the View tab.
To view details in Chart format:
- Click on the given option of Chart on top of the right side.
To Preview and Print the report:
Go to the Display section.
Then click on the given option of Print and Preview to print your report.
How to Export Report:
To share an E-Mail of the report click on the 'A' option.
To convert a Report into Excel, PDF, Text, XML, etc format click on the 'T' option.
