How to view Tax Audit Report In SwilERP Software


In SwilERP Software, Tax Audit Report feature has been added for their users. This feature is available in In GST menu. To learn the process of viewing a Tax Audit report, follow the below-given steps:


Note: Before doing this process, your SwilERP Software should be updated to the new version (Release# 3.2.13.06)

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the GST Tab.
  2. Select the Tax Audit option.

   Note: After that, a new pop-up window will appear.

Process to transform data into excel format:

  1. Select the Date Range 'From to To'. (for instance, you selected the 1st of April to today's date)
  2. Next, click on  "Ok".
  3. After clicking on the "Ok" button, a new window will appear. Please select the file path and, enter the file name, then Save it.

  1. After saving the file destination, an excel file will open in your system:

Note:  After generating the Tax Audit Report in an excel file, the next process is you can tally this report with the GST query details. The below process is how to tally Tax Audit reports with GST query details.

Process to view the GST Query details:

  1. Go to the GST tab.
  2. Select the GST Query option.

How to view the GST Query details:

  1. Go to the Home tab.
  2. Select the Date-Range 'From to To.'
  3. Click on the View tab.

Note: As you can see in the above window, the taxable amount for purchase (composition), total taxable amount for the purchase, and taxable amount for unregistered entities are the same as the respective columns in the 'Tax Audit report'.
