How to view tax wise report in SwilERP

Meaning of tax wise report?

Tax Wise Report is a report that users can view after the Valuation of Inventory. With this report, users can view tax wise products details. For example, All exempted products are shown in one category, as same as that taxable values i.e 5,12,18% products are shown in their respective categories.

 

This report is the part of Stock Valuation, in which users can view Products' Tax Wise Categorization. Do follow the below-given step-by-step instructions to view the report. 

  1. Go to the Section of Queries in the SwilERP dashboard:

    1. Click on Stock Valuation> Tax Wise Report.

  1. The process to view tax wise report:

    1. Go to the Home Tab. 
    2. Select the Report Type in which you want to view the report as Detail or Summary wise. 
    3. Now, Enter the Entry Number that you were generated while saving Stock Valuation window. 
    4. Click on the View Tab. 
    5. Then, there you'll see the Tax Details of every product category as Exempted, GST 5%, GST 12%, GST 18%, etc.

  1. There is an also option for Chart format:

    1. Go to the Home Tab. 
    2. Click on the Chart option and there is an also option to view reports in different Visual types.

  1. In the Display Section Print, Preview, and Export report options are also available: 

    1. Go to the Display Tab.  
    2. Click on the Print and Preview option to print your report.
    3. To export your report in a different format, click on the 'T' point and select the options.
