Viewing Sales Credit Notes in SwilPOS
Understanding the Sales Credit Note Feature in SwilPOS Mobile App
Overview:
The Sales Credit Note feature in the SwilPOS mobile app allows users to browse and track previously issued credit notes. Users can search for credit notes using a specific number or filter them by date range. This feature helps businesses efficiently manage returns, ensuring accurate record-keeping and easy access to past transactions. By providing a streamlined way to review credit notes, the app enhances transparency and improves workflow management.
Open the SwilPOS Mobile app on your device to initiate the process:
- Enter your registered Email Address in the provided field.
- Input your mobile application Password in the password field.
- Click on the "Login" option. Reference Image:
After logging in, you will be directed to your account's Dashboard page.
On the Dashboard screen, you will notice three rows; click on them. Reference Image:
- Select the Sales Credit Note option from the available features. Reference Image:
Credit Note List in SwilPOS:
- The Credit Note List screen will be displayed.
- You can sort credit notes by clicking on the Arrow sign.
- Use the Days Filter to view credit notes for up to 99 days. (or adjust the filter as needed).
- You can search by Credit Note Number using the search icon.
- Click on Refresh to update the list and check for new entries. Reference Image:
