How to view Visual Aid (Group, Name & Code Wise) in SwilERP


What is Visual Aids?

Visual aids are items in a visual manner that provide you with summarizing information about the product. This report lets users view the Product Group Name, Product Name, and Packing details. Also, you can select a date for printing to view the report according to the selected date.

This article will discuss how to view visual aid by selecting various options. The steps you will see in the below-given process, same steps are used for viewing Group, Name, and Code Wise reports.

Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the Reports> Price List> Visual Aid (Group Wise)

How to view the Reports

  1. A new window of Visual Aid will appear in the next slide.
  2. Select the Date of Printing to view the report according to the selected date.
  3. If you want to filter the product then click on the Product option.
  4. Click on the View option.

To Print & Preview the Reports

  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Click on the Print and Preview option to take printout of the report.

To Convert the Report in Excel Format

  1. Go to the "T" button.
  2. Click on the Excel format to convert it into excel format.
