What we provide as excel export to offline tool option and why charge for the same ?
Preparation of GST Returns is a complex process and lot of studies required for GST act and rules to prepare GST returns. We provide software for sales, purchase, inventory management and financial accounting. All our studies and software developement process comes from your running business and we learn and implement your business processes in software. We do not provide software for preparing IT return or VAT return or GST return. We had integrated with Karvy and Tax'N'Go, two GSP-ASP solutions to facilitate GST return filing for you. You were supposed to pay charges for the same to GSP through online payment.
Unfortunately GSPs were not provided API access by Government for R1 in time and most of GSTR 1 had to be filed using Govt offline tool for July. We had to develop R1 export to offline tool to facilitate the same for our clients. As this process is not a standard part of the software, required too much extra effort on our part and still we cannot guarantee for accuracy of the same. Additionally we worked on R1 only with the view for pharmaceutical trade general practice and did not cover options which are uncommon to pharmaceutical trade.
So we had to provide this option as and extra option and charge for the same. You were supposed to pay Rs. 6000 per annum to GSP in general and Rs. 12000 per annum to tax consultant in general for filing of GST returns. We provided this option with an introductory price of Rs. 2000 per annum and facilitate your GST return filing process. You can generate JSON file using Govt offline tool and file the same to GSTN without taking help from tax consultant. Lot of help and articles are available on internet and videos on youtube for guiding you through GSTN and offline tool filing process.
Hope you appreciate.
