How to Generate DayBooks in RetailGraph
1) Open your RetailGraph Software. Click on the notifications option "I" and check your update as shown in image.
Now tick the Download Daynamic Form- GST DayBooks and click ok. A massage will come form uploaded successfully.
2) Now click Start -> Masters -> Resources -> Role. Now click on Store Head(Administrator) and click EDIT at the Top.
Now click on the Options and go to “GST DayBook Register”and untick the No Acces option and tick the rest as you can see in the image below, and click on the Save button at the Top.
3) Now click START -> Reports -> Account Reports. A form will open as shown in image given, At the top in date range column you have to select the date range of the report. Now in the column of DayBook you have to select Purchase Register or Sale Register and click view button. Your report will generate automatically and you can also import that report in Different-Different formats.
