We're always working on ways to improve your experience, and we're thrilled to announce a new patch update of features that will make SwilERP even better! All these features are part of SwilERP's 3.2.17.00 patch update.

Here's a quick peek at what's new:

1. A new tab labeled "GST" has been added to the system defaults.

2. A new option titled "Approve Less Qty" has been added to the system defaults.

3. The column named "DynmShareLink" for SwilShareLink has been added to the Grid Control of the Dynamic form.

4. Modifications have been made to the Dynamic Form to ensure that "Grid Control Values" are included in the printout when the Grid control is editable.

5. A new user interface for the "Audit Trail" of inventory transactions has been added.

6. A header remark for the "Sales Order" has been added when converting or clearing an order in the sales invoice.

7. Nil rated and exempted values have been added to the "GSTR1 JSON" file.

8. A new Fulfillment Report has been added to the sales menu.

9. New options, including "Pick List," and "Merge Pick List," have been added to the Sales menu.

10. Added a new option, "Hold Transaction," to the Sales menu.

11. Introduced new options, "Shelf Master" and "Auto Generate Shelf IDs," in the inventory menu.

Issues Resolved:


1. The vendor balance is disturbed when running "Recalculate".

2. Now, emails can be sent from the Sales Invoice, Challan, Order, and Receipt browser in the case of a transaction lock. 3. The "Currentbal" variable does not function in WhatsApp integration when an ExtraSP is used during transaction save.

4. The "Set Grid Layout" option is not working on the "Verify Transaction" feature.

5. The barcode is not being scanned in the "Verify Transaction" feature.

6. The IRN is not updated in all invoices when using PWC integration.

7. The Vendor name is not displayed in the order book when importing from an Excel file.

8. The Schedule of the dynamic form stops working when there is an error in any dynamic form.

9. The Product Stock is not displayed correctly in the case of Negative Stock.

10. The "Bank Account" and "Refer By" name are not displayed in the series master when editing.
