SwilERP 4.0.00.14 Update Released



This update introduces important enhancements to customer data validation, security policies, and form scheduling, along with multiple bug fixes to improve system stability and day-to-day operations.

New Updates   

  1. Customer Master Enhancements
    Added a new Gender column in Customer Master. When ABHA details are available, fields such as Customer Name, Gender, and related information will be disabled to prevent inconsistency.

  1. Mobile Number Validation with ABHA
    Implemented mandatory mobile number validation in Customer Master when ABHA details are present, ensuring accurate and compliant data entry.

  1. Dynamic Form Schedule Execution
    Introduced an option to run Dynamic Form Schedule in the same manner as a Static Form. The schedule is now triggered automatically upon saving a Dynamic Form.

  1. Updated Password Policy
    Strengthened default password security with the following requirements:

    1. Minimum 8 characters

    2. At least one uppercase letter

    3. At least one digit

    4. At least one special character

Note: All existing passwords will expire. Users must reset their password on first login after the update.

  1. Branch Download Logic Update
    Branches will now be downloaded based on Branch Number instead of Branch ID for improved consistency.

  1. ABHA Integration Option
    Added a new ABHA Option in Integration settings to enable the ABHA Registration menu.


Problem Resolutions  

  • Resolved runtime error in Sales and Stock Statement report when selecting the In Transit Value column in grid layout.

  • Fixed error occurring when using Recall as Draft.

  • Resolved runtime error when Pharmareck / Retailio / iOrder schedules are set for auto-download.

  • Fixed issue where Number of Copies was not working correctly during transaction printing.

  • Resolved issue where PDF file was not attached while sending the Purchase Order.
