SwilERP 5.0.00.00 Update Released


This update introduces several new features and improvements across the system, along with multiple issue fixes related to printing, reports, vouchers, product search, and transaction processing—ensuring smoother performance and more accurate daily operations.


New Updates

1. Integration Menu Enhancement
Added a new “Upload Document” option in the Integration menu to allow users to upload required documents directly from the system.

2. SwilSORT App System Default Option
Added a new option “Auto Create Shortage/Surplus On Review” in System Default for the SwilSORT App to automatically handle stock differences during review.

3. Status Master Improvement
Added new fields “Allow Save” and “Location” in the Status Master to provide better control and location management.

4. System Compatibility Check Message
Added a new message during version updates to check SQL Server 2016 and Windows 10 compatibility on the system.

5. Product Search Enhancement
Added a new System Default option “Do not consider special characters in product search” to make product searching easier and more flexible.


Problem Resolutions

1. Print/Preview Issue Fixed
Resolved an issue where the software would hang when using the Ctrl + P shortcut for Print/Preview in transactions.

2. Points Calculation Issue Fixed
Fixed an issue where points calculation was incorrect when the Invoice Amount exceeded 32767.

3. Receivables Amount Correction
Resolved an issue where the wrong amount was updated in Receivables when creating an invoice in Cash Mode, adjusting a Sales Credit Note, and receiving the remaining amount through the Payment Counter.

4. Payment Mode Editing Error Fixed
Resolved an error occurring when editing Payment Mode from Browser when a Dynamic Form grid column was added in a transaction.

5. Narration Change Issue Fixed
Corrected an issue where Narration was changed during Reposting of Sales/Purchase Credit/Debit Notes.

6. Ctrl + Tab Key Issue Resolved
Fixed an issue where the Ctrl + Tab shortcut key was not working when reports were open.

7. Email Field Improvement
Resolved an issue where Email and EmailCC fields did not allow comma-separated email addresses.

8. Branch Transfer Remark Display Fixed
Corrected an issue where the Remarks column was not visible in Branch Transfer (Order) (In).

9. Customer/Vendor List Filter Issue Fixed
Resolved an issue where the Customer/Vendor list was not showing in the Report Parameter Filter without pressing the space bar.

10. Grid Layout Save Issue Fixed
Fixed an issue where the Set/Save Grid Layout option was not working in Filters.

11. Tally Prime Voucher Import Mapping Fixed
Resolved an issue where party details (GST Number, Station, State, Place of Supply) were not properly mapped during voucher import in Tally Prime.
