SwilERP 5.0.00.15 Update Released




This update introduces improved Differential Log processing, enhanced database configuration options, better transaction handling, and important issue resolutions across Invoice, Dynamic Forms, and transaction processing for a more reliable and efficient user experience.


New Updates


1. Log and Image Database Configuration Added

Added Log Database and Image Database configuration options in System Default, replacing the previous configuration available under Data Link Properties.


2. Transaction and Master Log Logic Updated


Updated the Transaction and Master Log update logic to improve Differential Log processing and overall system performance.


3. Differential Log Processing Improved


Updated Differential Log processing to ensure that it runs for only one user at a time, preventing simultaneous execution.

Problem Resolutions

1. Invoice Review Surplus Runtime Error Fixed

Resolved a runtime error that occurred when saving an Invoice from Review while creating a Surplus.


2. Shortage Quantity Distribution Issue Fixed

​

Resolved an issue where Shortage Quantity was not distributed across multiple rows when the same product appeared in multiple invoice rows and the Pick Quantity was selected from a single batch.


3. Sales Invoice Voucher Opening Error Fixed

​

Resolved an error that occurred when opening a voucher from Sales Invoice.


4. Cheque Payment Mode Error Fixed

​

Resolved an error in Sales Invoice when Cheque was selected as the payment mode.


5. Dynamic Form Grid Layout Issue Fixed


Resolved an issue where the Grid Layout was not working correctly on Dynamic Forms.
