SwilERP Version 4.0.00.09 — Now Live


This major release introduces multiple new enhancements and addresses several issues to enhance stability, speed, and accuracy across modules.

New Updates

  1. Added “RefNo” and “RefDate” columns in Sales Return Status and Purchase Return Status reports.

  2. Added “Time-Zone” field in the System Default menu.

  3. Added functionality to skip status when the category is Picking and a Rack Group exists in the Status Master.

  4. Enabled user login after “Valid Till” date (transactions not allowed).

  5. Added “Print Count” column in the Order Fulfillment Browser Grid.

  6. Added “Shelf-wise Sales Invoice / Challan / Order” option in Print Transaction settings for shelf-based printing.

  7. Added “<Template>” keyword in WhatsApp message templates to replace template name from UserID value via API.

  8. Added a new index to improve customer and account list loading speed.

  9. Added a new 40% tax rate in Tax Category.

  10. Added “Customer Name” column in the Invoice Wise Profit report.

  11. Added “Discounted AMC” parameter in the Registration Form.

  12. Added a new icon to show System Health and ERP Version info for SSO logins.

  13. Added “Manufacturer” column in batch drop-down in Purchase Invoice.

  14. Added “RedeemedPoints” and “TotalPoints” variables for WhatsApp and SMS schedules.

  18. Fixed missing series for Performa Invoice and Quotation in Sales Order verification.

  19. Matched MRP value column in Product-wise and Transaction reports.

  20. Fixed blank Shelf Number in Customer Query.

  21. Added missing Ref No of Journal Voucher in Receipt Adjustment window.

  22. Fixed Update Status button behavior per role rights.

  23. Replaced Generic1, Generic2, Description columns with a single “Generic” column for item search in Sales Invoice.

  24. Fixed schedule issue for Checklist Report.

  25. Considered Effective Date from payment in Payable Report.

  26. Improved vendor selection speed in Purchase Replacement Note.

  27. Fixed Update Status button not functioning in Sales Invoice.

  28. Fixed carrier forwarding issue when converting Challan to Invoice.

  29. Fixed missing debit entry for Sales Debit Note in Customer’s Ledger Display.

  30. Corrected missing Series for Branch Transfer while creating Picklist.

  31. Fixed missing Product Image in Stock Detail Excel report sent via Schedule.

  32. Fixed Due Date calculation issue in Purchase Import.

  33. Fixed WhatsApp credentials being overwritten across schedules.

  34. Fixed alias display issue in product dropdown in System Maintenance → Change Value → Rate in Lots.
