How to Create and Manage Sales Challans in the SwilPOS

A Sales/Delivery Challan is an official document used when goods are being transported from one location to another, regardless of whether a sale is involved. For example, it is used when transferring goods from a company's head office to its branches. Sales/Delivery Challans are dispatched with the shipment of goods and include details about the items and the quantity being delivered.

You can create sales challan with the SwilPOS mobile app anytime anywhere. Here's how:

Start with Login in SwilPOS Mobile App on Your Devise

1. Enter your Registered Email address in the provided field.
2. Enter your mobile application Password in the password field.
3. Click on the "Login" option.

1. Once you have logged in, navigate to the Dashboard screen where you will see three rows.
2. Click on the three rows.

1. Click on the Sales Challan option to create it.

How to Create Sales Challan with SwilPOS

1. Once you click on the Sales Challan option, a new window will open.
2. You can view the most recently created challans for up to 99 days whenever you like.
   
3. You have the ability to search for a challan by its challan number and name.
   
4. Here, you also have the option to use the Barcode Scanner.
   
5. To share this challan, simply click on the Share Icon.
   
6. To generate a new challan, simply click on the Plus (+) sign.
   

Sales Challan Window

1. After clicking on the Plus (+) sign, a new window will appear.
2. You have the option to select and modify the Transaction Series for a specific challan.
3. Choose the Customer Name for which you want to generate a sales challan.
4. Once you have selected the name, the customer details will appear on the next slide.
   
5. Press Continue for further process.
   

Customer Profile Window

1. You can select a Product from the drop-down list to create a sales challan.
2. Additionally, there is an option to scan Barcodes.
3. You can modify batch details using the provided Edit option.
4. Adjust the product's quantity using the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons.
5. You also have the ability to select the quantity unit as Strip/Tab, and you can also sell products in loose form.
   
6. To add more products, click on the "Select products" option and choose products from the list.
7. Press the Calculate button to proceed.

Adjust Quantity Window

1. Save as Draft: To save the order as a draft, click the first icon.
2. Place Order: Click the middle icon when you're ready to place the order.
3. Print Order: For a printout, click the last icon.

1. After saving the challan, a confirmation message will appear.
