Smart Salesman Feature in SwilPOS Mobile App
Use Smart Salesman Product List in SwilPOS to Boost Sales
This article explains how to use the Smart Salesman feature in the SwilPOS mobile app to boost sales during Sales Billing, Sales Challan, or Sales Order billing. This feature provides sales staff with a suggested product list, making it easier to recommend additional items to customers and drive upselling. It helps streamline the billing process, enhance the customer experience, and improve overall sales efficiency. To utilize this feature, specific settings must be enabled in SwilERP.
Start by logging into the SwilERP dashboard:
Step 1: Add Top-Selling Products as Focused Items
- Go to Master > Inventory > Smart Salesman.

- Add Top-Selling/Focus Products to suggest during billing.
- Select "Up to Date" to show the product in the Smart Salesman Product List until the specified date.
- Enter any Remarks.
- Click on Save your settings.

Step 2: Enable Auto Display for Smart Salesman Products
- Open the Masters menu and go to Others > Transaction Series.
- Select the Sales Invoice series from the list.
- Navigate to the Additional Details section.
- Locate the option Auto Display Smart Salesman Product and check the box to enable it.
- Click Save to apply the changes.

Step 3: Select the Enabled Series in SwilPOS Mobile App
Step 4: Use the Smart Salesman Product List During Sales Billing
- Navigate to the Sales Billing, Sales Challan, or Sales Order screen.
- Select the customer and begin adding products to the bill.
- Click on the Save option to open the Smart Salesman Product List window.
- View the Smart Salesman Product List, which suggests additional products based on selected items.
- Review the suggested items and add relevant products if needed.
- Complete the billing process and finalize the transaction.
